Job summary

OverCast Digital is seeking a Brand Creator Manager to own the affiliate creator program for beauty and personal care brands. You will lead day-to-day creator and affiliate management, drive performance analysis, and serve as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years with affiliate marketing, creator/influencer programs in social commerce or ecommerce.
• Agency experience in fast-paced multi-client environments.
• Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to own affiliate programs and provide strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate creator strategy and implementation for assigned brands.
• Lead portfolio of creators, identify top performers, surface VIP candidates.
• Analyze content performance and apply insights to creator selection and sampling strategy.
• Communicate performance analysis and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Manage creator outreach, onboarding, and campaign execution end to end.
