Job summary

X UP Brands in Rochester, Michigan is seeking a hands-on Content Creator & TikTok Affiliate Manager. You will shoot and edit your own content, build a creator program, and actively manage affiliate partnerships from the warehouse studio.

You will relentlessly test formats, own the creator pipeline, and report on metrics like GMV and video performance. This role is on-site with ownership of the channel’s growth.

Qualifications

• You shoot and edit your own content for brand pages.
• You've run a TikTok Shop affiliate program and can report monthly activity and revenue.
• You can be in Rochester, Michigan, on-site five days a week.
• You're comfortable on camera, either as the face or directing others.
• You can hit volume: 15–20 pieces per week, consistently.
• You follow up — creator outreach is 80% follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make content (about 60% of your week): shoot/edit 15–20 short-form pieces weekly, behind-the-scenes, unboxings, close-ups, and raw footage library.
• Build the creator program (about 40% of your week): find creators, run high-volume outreach, manage TikTok Shop affiliate invites and samples, and write briefs.
• Report on what's working: creator posting, GMV, top videos, and what to double down on.
