ALOHA PACIFIC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION in Crystal Bay, NV is seeking a Call Center Associate to assist members by delivering teller and member services over the phone in line with quality service objectives and credit union policies.

The position emphasizes customer service, administration, and clerical tasks; six months in a call center is preferred, with training provided; benefits include medical, vacation, and a $1,000 hiring bonus.

Formación

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• One (1) year certificate from college or technical school; six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices
• Administration and clerical processes
• Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred
