Job summary

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle phone-in members, providing teller and member services in line with quality service objectives and credit union policies.

Applicants should have a certificate from college or technical school and experience in customer service; call center experience is preferred. This role is based in Honolulu, with full-time hours and benefits included.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• One (1) year certificate from college or technical school; six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices
• Administration and clerical processes
• Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred
