Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union in Logan, UT is hiring a part-time Contact Center Agent for 25 hours per week. The role pays $15.00 per hour, with bonus and incentive opportunities. Join a team dedicated to helping members with loans, accounts, and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts.
• Assist members over the phone with their account needs.
• Process transactions.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Contact Center Agents eagerly resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 695 East 1000 North, Logan, UT 84321
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Part-Time, 25 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive

Experience, Education & Certification
