Job summary

Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a part-time Contact Center Agent in Logan, Utah to proudly serve members with loans, payments, transfers and new accounts. You will provide friendly support over the phone, handle transactions and help members find the right financial products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates and new accounts.
• Assist members over the phone with account needs.
• Process transactions.
• Pair credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Contact Center Agents eagerly resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• 695 East 1000 North, Logan, UT 84321
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Part-Time, 25 hours per week
• $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance+ Bonus + Incentive
• Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
• Assist members over the phone with their account needs.
• Process transactions.
• Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members’ financial needs.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
