OneMain Financial is seeking a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers with friendly, fast, and affordable financing options. You will learn the lending and servicing business to grow within the company and help customers achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities include delivering sales results, building relationships, presenting financial solutions, educating on loan terms, and partnering with local businesses to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet branch and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals.
• Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers through the loan process.
• Present financial solutions that meet customer needs.
• Offer optional insurance products when appropriate.
• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions for clarity.

• Learn credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, in compliance with laws.
