• Identify member needs and open accounts; explain products and services.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone or e-mail on the same day.
• Balance drawer daily and maintain confidentiality regarding member information.
• Interview applicants to collect data for loan applications and make credit decisions per policy.
• Process IRA and CD transactions and maintain records.
