Job summary

Community State Bank seeks a Consumer Lending Associate to perform loan processing, closings, and ongoing servicing for the consumer loan portfolio. The role supports loan officers and interacts with clients to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

You will input data in Laser Pro or similar systems, maintain confidential information, and ensure compliance with loan policies and regulations. The position requires strong organization, teamwork, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior consumer loan processing, closing and/or underwriting desired.
• Knowledge of lending procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to clients.
• Respond to inquiries from consumer loan clients.
• Assist in servicing duties related to loans and assisting officers.
• Input loans into Laser Pro or similar systems with high accuracy.
• Generate loan documents for new and renewal closings.
• Assist loan officers with due diligence and compliance.
