Responsibilities

• Gather credit applications, financial information, and required disclosures; coordinate appraisals.
• Input loan data into Laser Pro or other document preparation systems.
• Prepare loan documents for new and renewal closings; manage disbursement processes.
• Ensure liens and security filings are properly recorded and secured.
