Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a sales-focused professional in Ohio to develop business through outbound calls, qualify customer needs, and present lending solutions. This role offers a base salary with uncapped bonus potential and a structured schedule, plus paid time off and holidays.

Prior experience in consumer finance and strong communication are valued for growth within a national brand. Responsibilities include handling loan inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch performance goals.
• Build relationships with current and potential customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify appropriate lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Present loan solutions and available products clearly, confidently, and compliantly.
