Job summary

Mariner Finance in Ohio is seeking a sales-oriented professional to join our customer-facing team. The role focuses on outbound calling, presenting lending options, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary range is USD 18.00–USD 23.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth, promotions, and a strong incentive program. This position offers company-provided leads and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Present loan solutions clearly and compliantly.
