Qualifications

• 1+ years in a sales role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to outbound call and follow up.
• Ability to learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Present loan solutions and available products clearly and compliantly.
• Educate customers on loan terms, payment expectations, and account requirements.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and stay on track.
• Maintain cash drawer and daily deposits; assist with daily operations.
• Learns applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
