Responsibilities

• Defend financial services companies in state and federal courts.
• Apply knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and RESPA in litigation.
• Represent mortgage servicers and/or originators in foreclosures and related disputes.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action clearly and effectively.
