Job summary

ADM BioSolutions seeks a Consumer Care Business Development Director to craft a category strategy that increases revenue and profit in the Consumer Care segment. You will lead with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value, drive product sales, and explore acquisitions and partnerships.

Optionally, the role requires 10+ years in chemicals/biomaterials, a Bachelor’s in a relevant field (MBA preferred), and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in chemicals/biomaterials with Consumer Care focus.
• Bachelor’s in science, engineering or business; MBA preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven leadership in matrix organizations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a category strategy to grow revenue and profit.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and new partnerships.
• Identify acquisition targets and accelerate opportunities to completion.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D and Technical Service to meet objectives.
• Represent ADM BioSolutions at industry events and geographies.
