The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adaptability to daily store needs. 40-hour weeks with varied hours—nights and weekends as required—are typical in this position.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of specific department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
• Demonstrate adaptability in response to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address issues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide and maintain displays per company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, scan outs, reconcile discrepancies, and replenish stock.
• Oversee recovery to keep department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with accurate labeling and signage.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries and product location.
• Support front-end tasks and operate basic office equipment as needed.
• Utilize handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and training programs to stay current.
