Job summary

val's services seeks a Technical Director, ServiceNow Consulting & Transformation within the advisory practice. You will lead client ServiceNow implementations across planning to post-engagement support and mentor teams on platform operations and upgrades.

You will provide strategic architectural guidance, stay current with platform capabilities, engage with decision-makers on roadmaps, drive business development, and manage finances and client relationships to foster growth and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in ServiceNow technology consulting with project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certificates: CSA or CTA preferred.
• Proven success leading five or more ServiceNow projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
