Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow leader to drive complex client implementations from planning through post-implementation support. You will provide strategic architectural guidance, mentor teams, and engage with decision-makers on project roadmaps.

The role requires leading multiple workstreams, deep ServiceNow expertise, and the ability to travel as needed while ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow consulting, systems integration, and project management.
• Bachelor's degree; certifications such as ServiceNow CSA or CTA are preferred.
• Proven success leading five or more ServiceNow projects with strategic alignment and quality results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
