Job summary

FASTSIGNS #101101 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center, building relationships and turning prospects into customers and long-term clients.

You will guide customers through needs, define budget, and coordinate graphic solutions. A comprehensive training program and full benefits are provided for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, graphic design, or graphic production is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a deadline oriented environment.
• Self motivated, organized, a team player, and have an eye for layout, design and color.
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Guides and consults with customer in defining needs and initiating orders which meet their requirements and budget.
• Provides creative direction by translating customer requirements into impact graphic solutions.
• Manages customer projects from start to finish insuring satisfaction with products and services.
• Responds to incoming calls, emails, in person walk-ins, and occasional off-site meetings.
• Prepares estimates and maintains estimate follow-up procedures.
