Job summary

FASTSIGNS #69905 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced sign center. You will be the initial contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates, and manage work orders to ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, help execute business and marketing plans, and engage with customers by email, phone, in person, and at their place of business. Build lasting relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales preferred.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Good listening and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers.
