FASTSIGNS is seeking a driven Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to join our Clermont, FL team. You will greet customers, manage calls and emails, and guide buyers through product options while building long-term relationships.

You will identify upsell opportunities, follow up with past clients, and coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery. This role combines service with sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in retail, customer service, or inside sales preferred.
• Experience with sales, upselling, or account management is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression and ongoing relationship manager for customers, balancing service, sales, and organization.
• Greet walk-in customers and manage calls/emails with professionalism and energy.
• Guide customers through product options and recommend solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and follow up with past customers to generate repeat business.
• Conduct outbound calls to past clients, leads, and invoice follow-ups.
• Prepare estimates and enter accurate work orders.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay on top of multiple jobs, deadlines, and details.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales/marketing efforts.
