Kimbrell’s Furniture is hiring a Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through consultative selling and relationship building. You will proactively seek business opportunities and build partnerships to grow store traffic.

The role requires strong product knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to handle financing options and add-ons, while maintaining showroom standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a consultative approach.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets with motivation and drive.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of products, warranties, and promotions to aid decisions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a professional, consultative manner.
• Generate store traffic and sales through social media, outreach, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive engagement and follow-up.
• Promote products, financing options and add-ons to maximize value.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and promotions for informed decisions.
• Complete sales documentation, quotes, and orders per policy.
• Handle transactions accurately and manage cash responsibly.
• Support showroom operations; keep floor clean and organized.
• Assist with merchandising, assembly, and furniture movement.
