Steele Law Firm in Marietta, Georgia is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to connect prospective clients with the legal services they need. This non-attorney sales role focuses on initial consultations and guiding clients through decision-making.

You will handle in-person, phone, or video consultations, follow up with unengaged leads, assist onboarding with engagement agreements and payments, and ensure a smooth handoff to the Legal Team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven success with a consultative sales approach.
• Experience selling luxury or high-end products or services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients in person, by phone, or by video conference.
• Build trust and rapport through compassionate, professional communication.
• Gather information about prospective clients and their matters.
• Understand goals, concerns, and urgency of prospective clients.
• Educate clients about services and how we may assist.
• Use a consultative sales approach to help clients decide to engage.
• Follow up with prospects who miss consultations or do not engage promptly.
• Assist with onboarding, including engagement agreements and payments, with the attorney and staff.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of new clients to the Legal Team.
• Follow up after engagement to ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM and CMS.
