Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred; law firm experience not required.
• Strong communication, empathy, initiative, accountability and relationship-building.
• Ability to learn new software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective clients with warmth and confidence.
• Build rapport and assess legal needs during initial calls.
• Explain consultation process, fees, and next steps.
• Schedule paid consultations with attorneys.
• Maintain accurate records in the client management system.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff for a seamless experience.
