Job summary

King Law Offices, PC is seeking a Consultation Attorney to guide prospective clients through critical decisions across Family, Criminal, Civil, and Estates matters. You will conduct 6–8 consultations daily, assess needs, and connect clients with the right solution, while building trust and a professional tone.

In this high-volume, client-facing role, you will document notes, collaborate with intake and marketing, and drive conversion with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in NC/SC/TN with intent to obtain all licenses.
• Ability to conduct 6–8 consultations daily with prospective clients.
• Confident, empathetic and persuasive communicator.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 6–8 consultations daily across practice areas.
• Establish trust through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Offer strategic legal direction tailored to each client’s situation.
• Convert prospects into retained clients by communicating the firm’s value and options.
• Accurately document client notes, case potential, and next steps in case management systems.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close engagements.
• Collaborate with intake, sales, and marketing to maintain a strong consultation pipeline.
• Track conversion metrics and refine consultation approach with coaching.
