The role emphasizes communication, organization, and a willingness to learn; training is provided and CRM and Google Sheets are used to track interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client relations is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Google Sheets (preferred).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships, understand needs, provide tailored solutions.
• Assist with onboarding new clients for a seamless experience.
