Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent with extensive work‑planning experience.
• 10+ years in construction/work planning with at least 5 years in regulated environments.
• Experience leading planners or work‑control teams and familiarity with quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage work planning, package development, release, and turnover procedures.
• Lead multidisciplinary work packages for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical scopes.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure constructability reviews and proper scope definition.
• Track readiness, inspections, test plans, and turnover indices.
• Direct planning teams to align with schedule, QA, material, and commissioning milestones.
• Manage changes, RFIs, and documentation with configuration control.
