Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Typically 7+ years in construction planning or workface planning.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workface planning activities for construction, maintenance, turnaround, or capital project execution.
• Develop and maintain construction work packages for efficient field execution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls to ensure readiness before field release.
• Support execution strategies and construction sequencing plans.
• Ensure labor, materials, equipment, permits, drawings, specs, and docs are ready to support planned activities.
• Identify and remove constraints impacting productivity or readiness.
