Job summary

The role requires entering data accurately, reconciling shift details and maintaining timekeeping records in company systems. You will coordinate with project leadership, handle administrative tasks related to invoices and accounts payable/receivable, and participate in safety activities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressively responsible timekeeping experience.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter payroll data by deadlines.
• Process purchase orders, invoicing, AR/AP tasks.
• Record shift details in timekeeping systems.
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.
• Coordinate with project leadership and client on timekeeping.
• Reconcile shift details with client time/attendance systems.
• Support project management with administrative duties.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in safety program.
• Work variable hours including weekends/holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
