Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years direct experience in a Timekeeping role with payroll in an industrial environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and prepare weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare controls and merge with other data required for payroll preparation.
• Prepare control documents for reconciling payroll, payables, and receivables transactions.
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and invoicing.
• Assist with new employee signups and general personnel administration.
