Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a Construction Territory Sales Manager to grow construction-related waste services within an assigned territory. You will prospect, build relationships with contractors and developers, and close new business opportunities while managing contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes field visits, problem-solving, and delivering tailored waste solutions to help customers manage costs and waste efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of outside/territory sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop construction-related accounts within an assigned territory.
• Build relationships with general contractors, home builders, developers, and site managers.
• Present service offerings, pricing proposals, and contract solutions to customers.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate quotes, proposals, and CRM records.
