Job summary

Capital Waste Services seeks a Construction Territory Sales Manager to grow construction-related waste services across an assigned US territory. You will prospect, visit job sites, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships with contractors, builders, and developers.

The role emphasizes field sales, strategic account development, and achieving revenue targets while coordinating with operations and service teams to deliver effective waste solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of outside/territory sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new construction-related accounts within an assigned territory.
• Build relationships with general contractors, builders, developers, and site managers.
• Conduct regular job site visits to identify opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Present service offerings, pricing proposals, and contract solutions to prospects.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities in CRM.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for temporary roll-off and permanent waste collection.
