Job summary

Riggs CAT in Bryant, AR is seeking a Construction Technologies Sales Representative to drive the complete portfolio of Caterpillar and Trimble hardware and software solutions.

You will manage sales and rental activities in the assigned territory, train to stay current on product lines, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales programs and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction-related products such as machine control, paving, and software.
• Identified Client Relationship Management skills.
• Good understanding of revenue, profit, time and expense management.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate sales/rental activities in the assigned territory to achieve our annual business plan.
• Constantly train to build an in-depth knowledge of product lines, service and support capabilities, marketing programs and objectives relating to Caterpillar, Trimble and other technologies we represent.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Provide continual contact with clients after sale/rental; coordinate with support for technical problems, repair and maintenance.
• Ensure professional conduct reflecting well on Riggs Cat and Riggs Technologies Group; ethical practices required.
• Assist Cat and non-Cat sales staff with sales calls and provide information to assist in sales programs.
