Job summary

Carolina CAT - Construction is seeking a Technology Sales Representative, SITECH / Cat Grade, to manage all sales activities from lead generation to close in a defined territory. You will work with the sales and support teams to grow the customer base and achieve revenue objectives in line with company values.

This role requires a strong consultative selling approach, knowledge of civil CAD tools, and experience with Trimble/Caterpillar grade control technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Sales or related field; equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Two-plus years sales and marketing experience on a national or regional level.
• Successful consultative selling of value-added and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls, demonstrate products, and track activities in the assigned territory.
• Develop new business within the region; meet growth objectives.
• Sell consultatively and present solutions to prospects and clients.
• Demonstrate products including Trimble/Cat Grade technology and related tools.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and terms of sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Coordinate with teams to support service rollout to clients.
