Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking a Technology Sales Representative, SITECH / Cat Grade to drive sales from lead to close in the assigned territory. You will build the customer base, work with sales and support teams, and ensure satisfaction alongside revenue growth in line with company values.

You will develop demonstrations, proposals, and consultative recommendations for Trimble/Caterpillar grade control technologies, CAD tools, and project plans.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years sales and marketing experience on a national or regional level.
• Successful consultative selling of value-added and technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project coordination and planning skills.
• Background in heavy civil construction or surveying preferred.
• Experience with Trimble/Caterpillar grade control technologies or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls, demonstrate products and track sales activities in the territory.
• Develop new business within the assigned region or industry.
• Sell consultatively and propose solutions to clients' business issues.
• Demonstrate products including Trimble machine control & guidance systems and site tools.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and delivery dates.
