Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking a Technology Sales Representative, SITECH / Cat Grade, to drive sales from lead generation to close in a designated territory. You will collaborate with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account goals aligned with company values.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales or related field and 2+ years of regional/national sales experience, with emphasis on consultative selling of technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales or related field is required.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience at national or regional level preferred.
• Strong consultative selling of value-added and technical solutions expected.
• Experience growing sales revenue and client base in a region or market segment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations within the territory.
• Develop new business within region or industry.
• Sell consultatively and propose solutions to clients’ business issues.
• Demonstrate products including Trimble/Cat grade control and related software.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and delivery timelines for customers.
• Build a database of qualified leads through referrals and outreach.
• Present effective proposals to clients and track sales activities.
