Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking a Technology Sales Representative, SITECH / Cat Grade to drive sales from lead generation to close in a defined territory. You will work with sales and support teams to meet revenue and customer-satisfaction goals while expanding our regional client base.

The role requires a BS in Marketing/Sales or related field, 2+ years of sales experience, and knowledge of CAD/trimble grade control tech. Travel and a strong consultative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Sales or related field.
• Two-plus years sales and marketing experience on a national or regional level.
• Successful consultative selling of value-added and technical solutions.
• Demonstrated success in growing sales revenue and client base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations in the assigned territory.
• Develop new business and grow customer base within region.
• Sell consultatively and present solutions to prospects and clients.
• Understand and demonstrate Trimble/Caterpillar grade control tech and related software.
