Job summary

FMC Talent is seeking a commercially minded Solutions Engineer to join our growing construction technology team. You will partner with Account Executives, design tailored product demonstrations, and translate customer needs into clear business value across safety and compliance domains.

In this role you will engage with stakeholders across EHS, operations, IT, and leadership to influence solution design and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related SaaS role.
• Experience supporting complex B2B/enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong discovery, solution design, presentation, and product demonstration skills.
• Knowledge of EHSQ/safety platforms or related solutions.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into business value.
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives in a consultative sales environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives during complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, challenges, and requirements.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value.
• Translate customer needs into compelling solution stories around safety, compliance, and operational performance.
• Act as a trusted product and industry advisor to prospects and customers.
• Engage with stakeholders across EHS, operations, project management, IT, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Support solution design and help Account Executives improve sales effectiveness and win rates.
• Capture customer and market feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop industry-specific demos and solution materials alongside Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement teams.
• Help position the platform effectively throughout the sales process and represent the voice of the customer internally.
