Job summary
Field Materials in the United States is seeking a knowledgeable Sales Engineer to act as the technical backbone of the sales team. In this role, you will conduct technical discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demos, and create solutions based on customer workflows.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a technical role, familiarity with construction ERPs, and a passion for AI and technology. The position offers competitive compensation and fully remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical evaluations simultaneously.
- Experience with construction accounting/ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations of the Field Materials platform.
- Design and present solution architectures based on customer workflows.
- Prototype AI agents to meet customer needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on integrations.
- Lead technical evaluations and address security concerns.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide post-demo support during sales cycle closing.
