Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer success management role.
• 3+ years in a related discipline such as account management, client services, sales, HR, learning and development, change management, or project management.
• Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable presenting and advising at C-suite level.
• Proficient in learning and adopting new technology.
• Strong ability to prioritize workloads, manage schedules, and collaborate across teams.
• Third-level degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients through onboarding, change management training, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key client contacts, influencers, and C‑Suite sponsors.
• Drive strategic projects using a change‑management mindset to ensure clients hit their goals and unlock full platform value.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business case analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams including program, technology, marketing, and sales to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Help shape and progress client strategy, feeding insights back across the business.
• Travel to client sites as required and represent the company at major client events and global launches.
