Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies is seeking an Account Executive – Construction in Irving, TX. This hunter role demands building pipeline from scratch, prospecting daily, and closing new business across Autodesk, Leica, Productivity NOW, and Bluebeam solutions.

You will manage strategic accounts, develop sales strategies, and negotiate terms to hit aggressive targets while collaborating with marketing on campaigns and events to grow the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of proven software sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk construction solutions or comparable tech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Salesforce acumen for pipeline and forecast management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, engage and close deals with organizations in the construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and business objectives.
• Present the full range of Autodesk Forma Products, Leica, Productivity NOW and Bluebeam construction solutions and services, tailored to the specific requirements of organizations.
• Conduct meetings, highlighting the value of IMAGINiT solutions in project planning, execution and post-construction phases.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the construction sector to position IMAGINiT | Autodesk as a leader in digital transformation.
