Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division seeks a Technical Sales Rep to grow revenue, margin, and product mix in the Dallas, TX area. You will secure and manage architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts while owning performance metrics for your territory.

Responsibilities include driving specifications, developing business opportunities, delivering training and collateral, and forecasting monthly plans.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular).
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and develops new account opportunities.
• Manages accounts and pursues partnerships with key decision makers.
• Drives product specifications and opportunities in the territory.
• Delivers technical collateral and presentations to customers.
• Coordinates product knowledge training with internal and external customers.
• Uses technology for lead generation, forecasting, and account reviews.
• Attends industry conventions and trade shows.
• Maintains extensive product knowledge and adheres to company policies.
