Job summary

You will be a trusted advisor who combines technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer-focused service to drive growth in your territory. You will deliver on-site demonstrations, evaluate fleets, and develop solutions to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Independent work ethic with the ability to manage a territory.
• Sales experience or training with local market knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships.
• Comfort using computer systems and presenting technical and commercial information.
• Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Product expertise: act as the subject matter expert for construction equipment and technology lines, supporting customers and sales teams with informed solutions.
• Market growth: build relationships and identify opportunities to increase share and profitability in your territory.
• Solution development: evaluate fleets and applications to recommend improved equipment, develop packages, set pricing, and negotiate deals.
• Demonstrations and training: deliver new equipment, lead demonstrations, and provide on-site training to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
