Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Construction Technology Specialist Level 2 to help customers adopt and optimize GPS, machine control, laser, and other construction technology solutions.

You will provide technical support, training, and on-site service to maximize uptime and customer success. The role emphasizes field service, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with sales and service teams to grow technology adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in construction/technology/equipment industry.
• Ability to learn and support GPS, machine control, and construction technology solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 35–50% based on seasonal business demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting, technical support, demonstrations, and training on GPS, machine control, laser, and construction technology solutions.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and support construction technology products in the field.
• Build strong customer partnerships through proactive follow-up and timely issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to grow construction technology, service, and aftermarket business.
• Partner with sales and service teams to support customer success and train technicians.
