Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Regional Aftermarket Manager (Construction Technology) to lead training, support centers, and escalation management for aftermarket services.

You will coordinate support activities, strengthen OEM partnerships, and ensure consistent technical and customer support while growing the construction technology business. The role includes leading CSAs, conducting client reviews, and collaborating across departments to drive sales, promotions, and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience in aftermarket parts and service support.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and train CSAs to promote, assess, and close service work.
• Conduct weekly customer visits and quarterly reviews of customer accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Deere and ALS to streamline processes and drive aftermarket initiatives.
• Coordinate with Service departments to provide consistent support and use of tools like E-walk and texts.
• Engage Territory managers to review regional performance and address store issues.
