Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI in Forestdale, AL is seeking a Team Coordinator to support and coordinate multiple projects. You’ll be the first contact with customers, schedule site inspections, track payments, and manage notes across the job management process.

Candidates with construction exposure are preferred; training is available. Strong communication and organization are essential. Valid US driver’s license required. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have construction experience preferred, but training is available.
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No felony convictions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, accuracy, conflict resolution, cost management and time management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Computer skills and ability to maneuver multiple systems/software.
• Foster positive relationships with team, clients, and insurance adjustors.
• May work 40+ hours per week with pre-approved overtime.
• May be on call during catastrophic events.
• Perform other responsibilities as required.

Team Coordinator Role

The Team Coordinator reports to the Project Manager. The Team Coordinator supports, facilitates, and coordinates the work of multiple projects. The Team Coordinator is the first point of contact with the customer. The Team Coordinator schedules the Estimator for site inspection and updates all notes and control points for the new claim. The Team Coordinator sets up the contract signing with the customer and keeps track of payments for each project. The Team Coordinator manages Accounts Receivables for the life of the project and makes collection calls. The Team Coordinator updates the Job Management Report (JMR) and attends JMR meeting daily. The Team Coordinator attends weekly meetings with the Compliance Manager. The Team Coordinator attends weekly meetings with the Accounts Receivable Manager. The Team Coordinator ensures accuracy of time sheets for all hourly team members. The Team Coordinator collects and uploads fuel receipts. The Team Coordinator collects assets from departing employees and returns equipment to helpdesk.

Required Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate a plus
• Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• No felony convictions

Compensation

• Salary $18 - $20/hr (DOE)
