Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support talent acquisition for xPL Offsite Manufacturing within defined region(s), onsite in Decatur, AL. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades requisitions while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal HR and operations teams to attract, screen, and onboard qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with construction or large organizations preferred.
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end TA lifecycle for skilled trades requisitions.
• Partner with regional hiring managers to define talent needs.
• Post requisitions in ATS and social platforms, screen candidates, share short lists with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, create offer letters, manage background screening, and onboarding.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Research, identify, and engage talent for open requisitions using multiple social platforms and resume databases.
