Job summary

Turner Construction Company in San Diego is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires within West Region, aligning with regional talent strategy and business needs. The role is a full-time onsite position in our San Diego or Irvine office, with periodic travel to projects. You will screen, interview, and onboard candidates, building strong partnerships with HR and BU Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience or equivalent
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other related social media platforms is required
• Recruiting experience within the construction industry is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies, operations, and processes

Responsibilities

• Promote company culture, values, and contribute ideas to improve Talent Acquisition services
• Manage high-volume recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs and job requirements
• Manage ATS postings, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent using multiple sourcing techniques
