Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive end-to-end searches in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will own a large portfolio, partner closely with hiring managers, and act as a trusted advisor to teams across the country.

You will source, screen, and close candidates in construction and related industries, prioritizing both speed and quality while delivering a strong candidate experience and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience in construction management, skilled trades, utility construction or related industries highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a wide range of requisitions and partner with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and close candidates across multiple disciplines, with emphasis on construction roles.
• Leverage data and reporting to track progress and drive accountability.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
