Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR with 5 years TA experience or equivalent
• Construction industry experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Understanding of business and construction operations
• Knowledge of TA policies and processes
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and social platforms preferred
• High-energy self-starter with strong TA skills
• Strong verbal and written business communication
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, listening and follow-up
• Ability to interact with all employee levels
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Able to work independently and collaborate
• Implement TA programs with attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Promote company culture, values, and support D&I across TA
• Collaborate with BU hiring managers to define talent needs
• Manage lifecycle: post requisitions, screen, interviews, offers, background, onboarding
• Build and maintain pipeline using multiple sources
• Engage talent via social media and resume databases
• Administer D&I programs to attract diverse talent
• Build relationships with HR, BU Operations, hiring managers
• Partner with regional teams to expedite internal mobility
• Support mobility processes and ETS content
• Use ETS to data mine internal candidates
• Contribute ideas to improve TA effectiveness; lean concepts
• Identify new strategies to attract applicants; work with stakeholders
• Participate in company-wide HR initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
